Joy and Creativity

Welcome! This week we're turning our focus from creativity and mindfulness, to joy and creativity. Have you been practicing mindfulness for 15 minutes a day? I'd love to hear about your experiences. For me, mindfulness plus movement triggered great creative results. Keep that in mind as you begin to explore your joys and use them to direct your creative play activities.
